We are currently hiring part time and full time Employment Specialist's to work with individuals who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing.

*American Sign Language Required*

Part Time- 25 hours; Pay rate is $15/$22.50 hour
Full Time- 40 hours; Pay rate is $35,000-$38,000 depending on experience

Job Requirements:
 Must have experience working with individuals who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
 Ability to use and understand American Sign Language preferred but not required.
 Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
 Must have own transportation and be willing to travel throughout Central NJ to meet with clients as needed (mileage reimbursement included).

Job Duties:
 Provide training and assist with job development and placement activities for individuals served.
 Ability to network and build relationships with community employers.
 Provide on-site job coaching and maintain professional relationships with employers to ensure job retention.
